   Very good service, food very nice, well received at reception desk, overall nice dining experience, we have dined there several times, great way to relax after full day shopping!

   Lovely greeting from the reception desk staff - a female. Our waitress (seemed she was head if everything) not pleasant at all. OK we were cutting time to place a breakfast order but her facially expression and service was needed for a low class restaurant and not the high class restaurant like the Brasserie of the Light. Every disappointing, it was our uncles 1st visit and he was so taken back how lovely the restaurant was. But the waitress is not needed. When one dines, customers want to see happy, pleasant, accommodating staff.

   Always a great experience, hosts are great food drinks and desserts have a great selection for everyone. Always clean, beautiful and a nice place to catch up with friends. Well run even when busy.

   The food is very good, the service was slow this time,especially after having finished the meal and while waiting for the desserts menu.

   Kitchen simply aced it today, perfect from start to finish, perfect cocktails, excellent wine list, excellent service and the warmest welcome as ever, perfect ending to an Easter weekend.

    Our table was fine and the food and drinks were as anticipated, good. However the process of getting the food and drinks was abysmal. It was diabolically slow and fraught with mistakes. We had the exact same experience on the 9 March but decided not to complain as it may have been one bad member of staff and after so many visits it seemed unfair. However twice in a row is unacceptable. Your service needs a serious overhaul.
