Very busy Friday afternoon , table was booked weeks in advance . We had to request a change of seating which was accommodated after the 4th request !! Priority seating should be given to bookings. Once in a new location of seats we had a great time . Thank you to the floor management for their understanding .

We arrived as a party of 2 this morning for our reservation and we asked to sit at a different table to the one allocated, We were told no, both tables we requested were booked and our party was too small. We said fine and sat down. Both other tables remained empty the entire time we were there. The host was rather militant, it was absolutely possible for us to sit at the other table, The restaurant was practically empty. Having said that, the food was superb and our server was lovely..... Just maybe rethink your seating policy and be more flexible when not busy.

Disappointed. Booked with special request for chocolate birthday cake - same as ordered previous year enjoyed for table of 6. Called 2 days before the evening booking to confirm cake is on order, but on evening of the birthday dinner, after having reminded 2 waiting staff members discretely, cake failed to materialised - much to disappointment of my wife having same expectation from last year and much to my anxiety and frustration of the meal not running its course as planned. It was then embarrassing having to approach reservations team to point out waiting staff had not been informed about the cake, which later arrived.

Excellent food and professional and friendly service. At the busiest time of the year for any restaurant, my friend and I had a fantastic evening in every aspect because the management and waiting sfaff were so professional and kind. The food as always, was yummy. Can't wait for my next visit.

Lovely lunch as always at Brasserie of Light. Our server from the Dominican Republic was outstanding. Warm and friendly service, nothing was too much trouble for her. Food good and loved the new presentation of the chicken Milanese. We shared a bottle of Gavi which was excellent and good value. Great job team

Nice atmosphere with gorgeous cocktails. Shame about Stuart Little running around our feet whilst trying to enjoy a birthday drink.

The service was awful. We didn’t get served as such, we had to ask to order for everything .. food, drinks, cutlery, etc. our mains were served when starters were half cleared. Drinks order forgotten twice, no cutlery, dirty water jug. Not the Christmas lunch we hoped for.
