    This was by far the worst experience I have had in a really long time. We waited almost 2 hours to be seated and another hour for drinks, another hour for food. The food was not good and it made our Christmas dinner one to remember and not in a good way.

    Management needs to step up in holidays. This is 2nd year we have went on Christmas and waited over an hour for a table WITH a reservation. We will not be back every again!

    I made reservations over a month in advance for Christmas Day. Our reservation was for 3pm and when we arrived there were a lot of people already waiting. It was very confusing as there was currently no one at the hostess stand so it was unclear what people were waiting for. Finally we were able to "check-in" for our reservation and found out there were people waiting already to be seated for 2 and 2:30 reservations. They must have been short staffed since there were empty tables and all we were told is that it is busy and to be patient. Not sure why you would overbook on Christmas of all days. We were seated at about 4:30 and had to call someone over after about a half hour to let them know that no one had come over yet to get our drinks or food orders. I understand they were "busy" but the wait was just terrible. Once we did get our food though it was good and our server was very nice and attentive. I guess we would go back at some point but definitely not on a holiday.

    Food was beyond delicious! The server was friendly enough, but very lacking in speed of delivery and in remembering when we needed something.

    We had an early reservation & the restaurant wasn’t busy, The person that led us to our table was gone with menus & we were halfway through the restaurant behind him as he dropped off the menus & walked off. Luckily we saw what table he went to. The restroom was freezing (maybe the HVAC is the same as the kitchen). Freezing was unpleasant but not a big deal. The cleanliness of the restaurant & restroom was poor. The bathroom mirror had a layer of dust, film and water spots. It was obviously neglected for several weeks. Our waitress was polite but not prompt or efficient. Our drink glasses sat empty, salads were delivered less than a minute before our meal. My entree was lacking in Alfredo sauce. I was unable to get my waitress’s attention. Luckily I was able to get another employee’s attention for assistance. He tried his best but he was doing his job too. When a side of Alfredo sauce arrived it was too late. Pasta was cold and the rest of my family was almost finished with their meal. I asked them to take away my full cold plate and remove it from the bill. While this review may seem harsh, it’s hard to say anything positive about our experience. Everything that could go wrong with your table did go wrong and it wasn’t addressed or fixed in a timely manner. It was Christmas Day. We made early lunch reservations and arrived 20 minutes early prepared to wait. They were able to seat us immediately because it wasn’t busy yet. We thanked the staff for working on Christmas Day and left a 35% tip for our waitress. The only issue I brought to the staff’s attention was my unsatisfactory entree (bedsides asking for drink refills and ice for empty glasses). They should be aware of the other issues without being told. Being Christmas Day I was hoping to treat my father to a nice restaurant/meal along with my husband & MIL. I struggled with writing this review due to the holiday. But the restaurant’s issues weren’t holiday related, it’s gone downhill.

    It was an incredibly busy Christmas Eve evening. We had reservations as so many other people did! The hostess worked quickly, patiently and professionally to deal with a sea of people, some of whom weren’t the most polite to her. The restaurant appeared to be overbooked but the staff and kitchen were great as they worked to seat and serve everyone! We had stellar service from LJ. The kitchen prepared my dish as requested (with minor changes) and was delicious. My husband and daughter enjoyed their dishes as well. Great meal, great service and great staff! We will return.

    Worst Christmas Eve!!!! We had a reservation for 6:00. We arrived to an angry crowd of people who also had reservations, some were leaving. We checked in and were told by the hostess there would be a 10-15 minute wait. She offered free flatbread that was just laying on her stand, cold with people breathing and talking all over it. We sat at the bar hoping to order drinks. We were not once acknowledged by the bartender. He was looking up recipes as he was making drinks. People were flagging him down and he had no order to who he was serving. We were finally able to flag him down. He wrote down our order, but never gave it to us. After 45 minutes and seeing there were still 7 parties ahead of us to be seated, we realized it would be well after 8:00 and who knows what kind of service we would get for food. We made a reservation somewhere else and left. That restaurant seated us on time and the food and service were excellent. Will never go back to Bravo again!
