    Amazing food, amazing service and experience. However, the adult portion sizes were smaller than the children’s sizes. For a meal that cost literally three times as much mind you.

    Perhaps because its was the day after Thanksgiving, but the service was ok, not friendly or acknowledging we had a birthday, or following up with drinks…. Hadn’t been to bravo’s in a while and it will probably be while before we go back!

    Let me start out by saying it was Thanksgiving. However, we had 4:30 reservations, arrived early & were told we had 8 groups ahead of us. Likely, 40+ min wait. They suggested we sit in the bar area since we could be seated immediately and they had two servers in that area. Well, needless to say, we might as well have been invisible for the lack of acknowledgment, it was astounding. And it wasn't just our table being ignored. The two guys couldn't handle literally 6 tables of guests. Finally, after 30 minutes, we received salads & and appetizer at the same time. Lasagne was not very good & had a white sauce that wasn't tasty. Hubby's chicken marsala was small over-cooked tough chicken ( not pounded thin) and the bottom of the pan scoop of mashed potatoes. We were hoping better. Our search for a decent Italian restaurant continues.

    The very worst service we've ever experienced in a restaurant. Food was only average and both food and drink were very expensive for a restaurant of this caliber.

    The food was delicious, but slightly salty. The service was disappointing. The person needs to be trained and properly led.

    We had a party of 8 and were seated right on time. Everything we ordered was delicious as usual. The service was impeccable as is expected.
