The pizza’s were served cold with overcooked and bland chicken and undercooked pepperoni, with almost no cheese. The music was too loud. The table kept bouncing off the floor. Dont go there for the food. Just dont.

We had booked for 7pm, we arrived a great deal earlier so we could see the Canary Wharf lights. They happily accommodated us. The place was empty, fab setting and immaculate. We ordered drinks, starters and mains. No sign of our starters, then finally our mains ( two pizzas and chicken salad arrived), no sign of our starters! They finally arrived, and we were not happy. The pizzas, sadly were dreadful, so was my salad, the garlic bread was nice. All a bid of a shambles really, but very nice place. Would not eat there again. Even though the manager discounted our food, just not for us sorry! Great vibes if you like expletive loud music though

We walked in and were seated, After few minutes we asked if we could move to another empty which were denied, We explained we felt uncomfortable seated next to the people they seated after us but our request were denied. After few minutes, some of our friends came and had a bigger table, they ask us to join them. We politely asked the waiter to move our drink and shisha to our friends table, we were told to wait and 20min later still being ignored, The manager with bold head and glasses fave us a disgusted looks as if we did something wrong asking to be moved to our friend’s table. We approached another waiter asked him to , he was about to help us. The manager stopped him and sent him away, looked like he just didn’t want no one to serve us. It felt like a hate towards us for no reason, If you are understaffed, hire more but don’t treat us customers poorly due to your overwhelming work. I understand the place is full and have big demand but hire more waiters!!! Men were treated differently with respect maybe because they spend more. We didn’t feel welcome or respect. The whole experience was ruined by the manager. The waiter were lovely is just the manager who seems to have a problem with us.
