The service was very attentive and polite however the food was just ok. My steak was completely overcooked and tough. Side salad was just ok. My cocktail was mixed wrong too. For the price they are charging I was expecting much better quality food. However, service was great.

This was our first time here after it had been recommended. The food was outstanding, we could not fault it in anyway. The best tasting steak we have ever had. The staff were polite and helpful and made the experience special. It is quite expensive however it was definitely worth every penny. Thank you for a lovely meal for our daughters birthday

Have been here many times before. And Brettingtons never fails to disappoint. Came for mine and my husbands wedding anniversary and we received a lovely complimentary drink on arrival 🥂 Lovely food and happy staff 😊

I had a lovely evening. The perfect setting to eat great food, have good conversation and a decent wine list to wash it all down (although it would be nice to see some non-alcoholic wine options). The decor is warm and immediately sets you up for a relaxed meal with friends or an intimate meal with a partner. The service wasn’t super fast, which I liked, as I didn’t feel hurried at anytime and it added to the relaxed vibe. Go in your posh frock or dressed up jeans - both work in this treasure of a restaurant. To note this is not the place for a quick bite, it’s a place where the meal & conversation are the main part of your evening. I went with a friend to celebrate her birthday and we had a fantastic night. I recommend the Chateaubriand and truffle chips!

Outstanding food. Best steak I've ever eaten. Prawn starter was out of this world. Staff were amazing, really friendly and service was spot on but at the same time gave you space to enjoy the meal. Love the privacy of the booths, décor was stunning. Cannot find one fault. Will definitely be back

Very noisy, very crammed in. One steak had to be rejected due to being more fat than meat. Should never have been served. Waiter very good, used to really enjoy coming here but sadly won’t be returning

Valentines Dinner here was divine, the staff were so attentive and the set menu was next level. They gifted roses and it was just a really nice vibe x
