A beautiful, locally owned restaurant located in downtown New Buffalo, Michigan; Brewster’s New Buffalo puts a modern twist on traditional Italian fare. Our Chef uses a wide variety of fresh, innovative ingredients to create dishes. Our sommelier and bar manager take pride in curating the finest selection of liquor, beer and wine, including wonderful locally and Michigan made specialties.

We are open for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner every day, all year round! (Closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day)

Service was outstanding! Sat right by the fire and the overall ambiance was perfect for a date night! Best drinks and pasta we’ve had! The chefs were on point from the appetizers to the desserts! Definitely going back soon!

Brewsters continues to offer a top level ambiance to go with its top level service, menu choices and great value. Been going here for years and they continue keeping it great!

The young lady waiting tables was overwhelmed. I heard her tell three tables she was very sorry. She kept for getting to bring things to our tables. We waiting 20 minutes to get our check after she brought our tab to the table.

As a vegetarian, I was surprised to learn the hard way that the funghi pizza has sausage in it. I’m sure it was listed in the ingredients, but never have I had a mushroom pizza advertised as just that, while containing meat. Perhaps consider calling it what it is, a funghi and sausage pizza.

Our menu does include descriptions for each meal to help avoid any surprises, but we understand that different places prepare dishes in their own unique way. The fungi pizza at Brewster’s has always included sausage, but we’ll take your comments into account. Hope to see you again soon!
