Brick and Brine is located on the 1st floor of the Radisson Plaza Hotel in Downtown Kalamazoo. Our restaurant is right off of the Kalamazoo Mall past Old Burdick's Bar & Grill.

Inspired by a natural propensity for classic duos, Brick and Brine isn’t just a restaurant. It’s a space of masterful craftsmanship that represents a strong foundation of social connectedness.     Erika was our server and did an amazing job. She was very attentive and took care of all of our needs in the most pleasant way. She does like to talk a lot, but it gave us an opportunity to get to know her better and we can’t wait to come back and ask for her! thanks for a wonderful dinner. The food was fabulous!

    Excellent service, excellent drinks and most excellent food. Everything was flavorful and so good. Will definitely be back. Found a new fancy place to frequent.

    Our server, Aurelia, was outstanding. Everything was delicious and they made a special occasion extra special! The personal touches were perfect!

    The staff was attentive and our waitress in particular was excellent. The cocktails were also excellent. We had chicken and champagne for two-the chicken breast was overcooked however the rest of the meal was spot on. No room for dessert!

    Brick and Brine is absolutely wonderful! Went there for my birthday dinner and they pampered me like crazy! They give you a personalized menu signed by the staff, a lovely free dessert, and they even came by and took our photo and gave us the Polaroid to keep ❤️ The attention to detail is wonderful, and the food was beyond what we could imagine! The chicken is delicious 10/10 would order again and again. They even had live music! We are definitely coming back and we can’t wait.
