Brick and Brine is located on the 1st floor of the Radisson Plaza Hotel in Downtown Kalamazoo. Our restaurant is right off of the Kalamazoo Mall past Old Burdick's Bar & Grill.

Excellent service. The cosmopolitan was on point and the wedge salad delish. We had the fried chicken and champagne for 2 and it was the best fried chicken I’ve ever had. The crispy Brussels were awesome and the Mac and cheese splendid. Will go back soon.

Excellent food, cocktails and wine. Loved the ambiance in the bar and main dining area. I have previously eaten in a larger table off to the side near the kitchen that was not nearly as enjoyable to sit in. Our server, Sara, was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the Squash arancini, I had the house salad which was huge and falvorful, my husband had the Wedge which was good but on the small side. We both had the scallops which were perfectly cooked and tasetfully presented witih broccolini and parsnip puree. The Sticky Toffe Pudding dessert was phenomenal. Overall very satisfied. Certainly expensive, but on par with what all nice restaurants are charging now. We will be back.

Another amazing experience at Brick and Brine. The food was fantastic. It was my wife’s birthday and so many staff members made a point to swing by and wish her happy birthday. Our server Lindsey did a terrific job, she was so great! There’s simply no better place in Kalamazoo to celebrate special days, or to celebrate a Tuesday then Brick and Brine!

Trying to get the most variety from the selections with 2 starters, two sides, one entree. It was just right sampling for two people. Tomahawk pork chop was perfect. Starter salmon tartare, scallops. Sides broccolini, Mac and cheese. No leftovers. Good server, nice birthday dessert.

Another great experience. The staff were professional and courteous. The noise was a little bit of an issue, but the food and service made up for it.

Roger the manager is “the best”. I think he stops at every table to see if everything is ok. The restaurant is very lucky to have him. Anna, our server was excellent. She knows the menu well and serves the food using proper etiquette.

Loved our waiter he was informative about the menu, energetic, and entertaining. I was not happy with my pistachio drink and he took it off my bill which was great! We ordered the feta for starters we got the pita and veggies the honey goat cheese was delicious with all the accompaniments. For our main course I ordered the roasted duck and my boyfriend ordered the lamb ragu. He said the lemon in the house made lemon ricotta stood out and brought the dish together. I’ve never had duck so I was unsure how to order it so our waiter asked how I take my steak I said rare he said order it rare which I did and I’ll order my duck that way from now on! It did not disappoint. I did think the carrots were too spicy but I literally have zero spice tolerance. All together I would definitely recommend the duck! Unfortunately when leaving I did order 3 Togo desserts Mackinac fudge cake, citrus tarte, and some kind of date pudding thing (I can’t remember) it was my nephews birthday and I was at home babysitting so I wanted to bring him home a nice dessert (Mackinac fudge cake) but when I got home and unpacked it sadly all three were the citrus tarte cakes. Which were way too sour for me and the kids. They did validate parking we came in 3 cars since we were a party of 6 I unfortunately got the one ticket that was not validated also so that was frustrating paying the 8.50 when leaving and then getting home and realizing we didn’t get the right desserts. These set backs will not discourage me from coming back again. I highly recommend this restaurant! And I believe our waiters name was Travis he was outstanding!!!!!
