Service was pretty drab, which was fine having worked in service understanding not every day is the best day, we were just excited to eat a good dinner, have some drinks and celebrate our anniversary. The wait time for food was pretty long but they were understaffed so we were patient. But by the time our food arrived, my partners pasta had the LONGEST black hair I have ever seen in food before. A tiny hair is one thing, but this was at least a foot long hair, twirled up in the pasta. We did not receive an apology from anyone until the end of the evening and when brought to the attention of the owner or manager, she reacted as if this happens often and I was inconveniencing them. We then had to wait even longer to get my partners food replaced so by the time she got her meal I had already finished mine. Less bad but still a complaint, on my steak plate, the chef tried to decorate the plate with balsamic vinegar, which made the plate look interesting but does not add any good or complementary flavor to the dish, in fact it actually prevented me from wanting to eat whatever mashed potatoes were left on my plate. I don’t ever expect meals to be perfect but it was truly one of the most disappointing dining experiences I have ever had. Unfortunately will not return to this establishment.

I do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Please know that we are always enhancing our service. We will be addressing this review with the team so they can learn from it and do better in the future. A team member had emergency and was unable to come that day. I did stop by your table to apologize and to you and took the plate back to the kitchen. We apologize for the wait time on the new dish. Since that was our mistake I attempted to correct it by having the kitchen make a fresh one and by compensating you for the meal, but I understand if you were unsatisfied with our response. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
