Brickland is a family-owned neighborhood restaurant located in East Sacramento. We offer a mix of classic American, Mediterranean, and other cultural dishes with an Afghan flare.

We offer a full bar, indoor and patio seating, weekend brunch, and happy hour Tuesday-Friday 3:00- 6:00 PM and Saturday and Sunday from 3:00 - 5:00 PM.

Our Executive Chef, Karel Mulac rotates the menu seasonally and crafts unique pasta dishes, housemade soups and weekly specials made with seasonal, farm fresh ingredients.

    Love Brickland, never disappoints! Food amazing, perfectly poached eggs and hollandaise sauce. Staff thoughtful and attentive. But - it is loud in there - we took some elderly friends and it was hard for them. There is just no sound absorption at all in the space. Would be perfection with some more rugs, or something on the walls to help with the noise.

    Delicious food and drinks (house wine is amazing!) and the owners are so kind and hospitable. I am very excited to go back for Brunch as it hear it's wonderful.

    We happened upon this restaurant via Google, and we were pleasantly surprised! I had made ladt minute reservations for Sunday brunch, and we arrived a few minutes early and were seated immediately. The food was delicious and the wait staff were friendly and helpful. My husband ordered a Bloody Mary, which he said was the most delicious he had ever had. I had freshly squeezed orange juice, which was also good. Both of our egg entrees were well prepared and seasoned and were accompanied by roasted Yukon gold potatoes and a cup of really fresh fruit, not something that was frozen and thawed. All in all, a great meal... we will be back!

    I recently had the pleasure of dining at Brickland Restaurant, and I must say, it was a truly wonderful experience. The ambiance was warm and inviting, making it the perfect place to enjoy a meal with friends and family. I was excited to try saffron chicken. It was absolutely delicious! The chicken was tender and flavorful, with the saffron adding a delightful depth of taste that elevated the entire dish. It was clear that the chefs put a lot of care and attention into preparing each plate. My friends ordered the crab cakes and the sliders they both enjoyed their meals, too. The service was also exceptional. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring that all our needs were met throughout the evening. They were knowledgeable about the menu and offered great recommendations. Overall, Brickland Restaurant provided a fantastic dining experience, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable meal. I can't wait to return and try more of their delectable offerings!

    Very cute restaurant with outdoor eating space and large bar. Ambiance was great. The service was very poor and I could also hear other tables with similar complaints. Food took awhile considering the place was not super busy and overall was mediocre.

    Appreciated the good service especially on a very busy night; Christmas Eve. I had the squid ink pasta with prawns and it was excellent. My son’s chicken was dry but that was the only complain of the night for all five of us. Would recommend trying the afghan specials as they were delicious.
