Ordered a simple meal..pasta pomodoro. With grilled chicken.. Chicken was like rubber and pasta was watery.. Spinach artichoke dip was over the top salty.. We had a wonderful waitress just a bad night of food

We were seated 5 minutes before our reservation which was good. Once we were seated we waited 45 minutes to get our antipasta and drinks and than another 45 minutes to get our food which was pasta, nothing to difficult. Had to speak to a manager to get our food. It was my wife's birthday, big disappointment.

This place used to be the best, now it is just bad. You can tell that they use cheap ingredients and it is just not worth it. Will not be back

Steak was over cooked and for 52 dollars you would think it would be on point. The Lobster and Shrimp pasta was good.

I've visited this restaurant three times. The hostess has always been very pleasant, the service was spot on, and the food was hot and fresh. I thought the pasta ala vodka and lasagna were very good. If you're at Harrah's, I recommend you give Brio's a try. Reservations are highly recommended!

Absolutely terrible place for my birthday dinner. First our order sat dying in the window for 20 mins waiting on my child cheese pizza. But when it came it it had no pizza sauce whatsoever. When I alerted the waitress, she went and talked to kitchen. She comes back and says they said that it doesn't come with tomato sauce (pizza sauce). So I was then forced to go get a menu and clearly show them that yesterday it clearly says that it does. After a few mins I'm told there was a language barrier. 27 minutes later(after all our food is cold and we are ready to go my child's food finally comes out. They didn't even want to take the pizza off at first. Management was terrible, say there laughing with people during the whole thing and never wanted to come check on us, but he had the nerve to come check on table beside us which had only had waters so far. Forced to miss our next stop due to it taking nso long. Absolutely terrible experience.

Not a large variety of appetizers to choose from. Pork chops were overcooked, they cooked some more for me.... still at the point of being overcooked. I wanted to eat so I decided to keep them. Manager was great, server was great...food was just subpar though
