    It was clear they were understaffed. It took about an hour to get our food. I did see a table that were seated after us that got their food first, so I’m not sure what that was about. We were a party of 4 and we didn’t order anything unusual so we weren’t happy we had to wait longer than others to get our food. Also, it didn’t seem to make a difference we made a reservation… still had to wait more than 20 minutes to get our table, even though we arrived exactly on time. All of the entrees we ordered tasted mediocre at best. At least the complementary bread was excellent. This was Christmas evening so I didn’t expect stellar service but it was disappointing and frustrating experience overall. We did leave a 30% tip despite the service because we felt bad the server had to work on Christmas.

    We had a wonderful experience! We were concerned with it being Christmas Day that we wouldn’t receive the best service but boy were we wrong! Our service was energetic and kind and right on top of everything we needed!

    One dish at our table was so spicy nobody could eat it, and the server was so gracious about taking it off our bill. The other food was amazing!!

    We had a fabulous Christmas Eve lunch at Brio. Enrique was very attentive and an outstanding server. The food and ambiance were superb! Great way to Kickstart the holidays. Cheers!
