    Usually always a great experience but tonight was not. Our resv were at 6pm. There was no bread for some reason? Our grandkids asked to go because of the terrific bread service. Waited quite a bit for a waiter to greet us after seated. Wine from the bar took a long time. (We were told short a bartender). Food arrived and it was correct and meal was good. Quality as in past experiences. We had gap of about 15 minutes waiting for our waiter to stop by for us to request our check to leave. Seemed odd to us but perhaps short staffed?

    We came from seeing “The Grinch at the Fox on a Sunday afternoon. We had 9 in our party- 4 children age 3-7. We made reservations, and we arrived about 30 minutes early and were seat d right away. Our server was wonderful! Great experience we plan to do it again.

    We were delighted to be seated prior to our reservation time. However, we waited a longer than expected time for our drinks & also for the check. The worst part of the evening was seeing the condition of the ladies room with a toilet paper dispenser off the wall and the hot water faucets removed with pine cones (?) inserted in their place. I would think the restroom would be a priority to have in complete working order especially over the Holidays. The food was ok but not as good as on past visits & definitely not worth the cost of the entrees. I was disappointed since we were celebrating a special occasion.

    Pretty standard Italian restaurant located in Frontenac. Prices have increased significantly and the number of vegetarian options has decreased. Overall, the food was quite mediocre and lacked seasoning - and the spaghetti dish was served cold and with too little sauce. We had to remind our server three times to provide sugar/sweetener with our coffee (which was also served lukewarm with cold cream). Will not be coming back.

    Service was the worst we have experienced in years. Water was served in a coffee cup. Bread brought by a second server after a number of requests from our waiter were ignored. No bread plates. Waiter was rude and seemed overwhelmed and too busy for us in favor of larger parties. Food was ill prepared and didn’t seem fresh. We will never eat here again.

    We had a great lunch at Brio for Christmas. Everyone was very nice and the food was absolutely delicious.

    I'm happy to say that it was fabulous, especially since our last experience wasn't good at all. Our server, Brook, couldn't have been better. She was truly fantastic in every way! Food was terrific too. We were so happy to have such a positive experience and will definitely be going back soon.

    A nice experience on a very busy night for the restaurant. Service was a little slow, but that was expected on that night. Food came out good and hot, always a plus for me. We will come back.
