   We love Brio’s. Service is always good. Wait Staff is always attentive and friendly. One of our favorites is the lobster bisque.

   Server was pleasant Appetizer came out same time as dinner (Annoying) entrees were not super hot We had to ask for Parmesan Def not what it used to be

   Love the atmosphere, food was much better than I remember from last visit. Service was outstanding — client meal.

   Our waiter Kerry was fantastic. Everything he did was before we knew we needed it. The food was amazing. The only thing that brought down my review was that we had a 7:30 reservation with two very old people and we still waited 20 more minutes past our res time. There was no assistance for them. The hostesses could be just a little more attentive to the needs of the guests waiting.

   The driest caesar salad but we could never get our servers attention to let her know and we were hungry so we dealt with it. Had to ask for everything never came by to refill our waters or check in after food was delivered. She was pretty MIA. Our daughter ordered plain fettuccine and we were told due to inventory they had to ring in the chicken fettuccine and we were charged for something we didn’t get. We should have been told about that in advance. The mgr ended up giving credit us for the chicken. Not the best experience from the food to service

   The food was great as was our server. What was disappointing is when we arrived. There were 3 girls having a casual conversation at the host desk. I am not even sure all 3 worked there but think at least 2 did. There was a 4th off to the side that I realized was also part of the group but standing back. The two behind the desk just kept chatting, no eye contact with me or be right with you. Didn’t recognize us at all. While I did not time it I’d say this went on for about 4-5 minutes. It appeared as if they were friends chatting. Not very welcoming and if we didn’t have 3 more folks (party of 6) arriving, I would have left.
