An Amazing Experience Thanks to Hellen at Brooklyn Chop House! My wife, our 5-month-old baby, and I recently dined at Brooklyn Chop House in Times Square, and I must say that the highlight of our evening was the exceptional service provided by Hellen. From the moment we were seated, her genuine care made our dining experience unforgettable. Hellen went above and beyond to ensure our meal was perfect. Her recommendations were spot-on, and she took the time to explain the menu while enthusiastically answering our questions. Whether she was suggesting the best pairings or checking in at just the right moments, Hellen’s professionalism was unmatched. The food was phenomenal, but Hellen’s energy and dedication truly elevated the entire evening. Dining at a busy Times Square restaurant with a 5-month-old baby during the holidays can be overwhelming, but Hellen made us feel like the most important guests in the house. If you plan to visit Brooklyn Chop House, I highly recommend asking for Hellen—you won’t be disappointed. She exemplifies outstanding service, and I can’t wait to return for another exceptional experience. Thank you, Hellen, for making our night so special!

Food is always great. My meal wasn’t the same as when I had it in June but still good. Service is really good also. Love the soulful Christmas music.

Hey Happy Holidays, firstly I have to say AMAZING SERVICE, AMAZING FOOD. I cant wait to come back and bring my husband and my sister who are self proclaimed food critics. The menu was extensive and I was super torn on what to order... The portions were satisfying. We had so much fun, good music and all around fantastic atmosphere. Cant wait to come back....
