Brotula's Seafood House & Steamer is located along the beautiful Emerald Coast in Destin, Florida. Due to its location, its specialty is locally caught seafood. However, this isn't just a restaurant as Brotula's employees several fishing boats which bring the day's catch straight to the kitchen. There's plenty of indoor seating when the weather is being uncooperative, but the best seat in the house is out on the huge patio, where diners can enjoy the view. Brotula's menu features all kinds of great fish, shrimp, and shellfish specialties. Starters include a hickory smoked tuna dip, crispy calamari, sautéed muscles and fried crab claws. The main draw of the menu, though, is the Build Your Own Boil. This allows guests to build their ideal meal piece by piece. Diners select what kind of seafood they want in their boil, what seasonings they want on top and up to three sides.
