- 外燴BRQ is equipped to cater events big and small. We have multiple smokers, grills, fryers, creating an onsite display. We can box each individual meal, drop off, setup for receptions, parties, and more. We have catering vans with trailers and all of the necessary equipment, including licensing, insurance, etc. We cater to local offices, businesses, schools, hospitals, athletic facilities, and more. If needed, we can personalize a menu to fit your needs and budget.

We handle weddings, rehearsal dinners, showers, private wine dinners, daily lunches, and more! BRQ can also host larger parties outside at their brand new patio called "The Backyard" seating over 175 guests opening to the public on March 15th. They can also host private events at the Louisiana Culinary Institute's lobby and dining hall.
