Upon our arrival at the fixed time of our reservation, the host was engaged in a conversation with two wait staff members and continued for another ten minutes; all the while, we waited together with other guests. When he finally made his grand departure and approached us, he made lame excuses as to why he was not able to seat us. LAME/DEFENSIVE. On the other hand, the service was reasonably attentive until it came time to receive the check. We waited and waited. Our server had seemingly disappeared. The food looked better online than it did when served in person. It was okay, but nothing extraordinary. I have one final comment about the noise level. We should have been advised to bring earplugs when making our online reservation. The music was deafening and not in sync with the menu’s offerings.

We had another wonderful, fun evening at Brutto. We have been dining here annually since it opened a few years back. Great menu with lots of small and large plates to share. Cocktails are delicious and creative., Our server, Ilaishe, was wonderful and provided exceptional service, taking care of all our requests. A special thank you to the chef who was able to accommodate our request for a special dessert. We will be back. I highly recommend Brutto for a fun night with great food.

Great service. Really, it was unbelievably great service. Enjoyed all the dishes and the unexpected winner of the night was the Don Julio tacos. Will return in the future.

Wonderful, you cannot beat the truffle oil sushi rolls. Ilaisha (not sure if I’m spelling correctly, I do apologize) was amazing and very attentive.
