Disappointing Experience Despite good reviews, our visit today was a letdown. Here's why: •Food: 1 star; every dish was cold. •Drinks: 1 star, every drink tasted like juice •Seating: dirty table and chairs, no water, and no utensils. My sister had to get up and walk to the bar to get a spoon. What's worse is that our server blamed the poor service on the holiday season and how busy they were. Newsflash: that's when you should go above and beyond! It's a time for joy, giving, and exceptional customer service. The final straw was being told "we don't have it" for nearly every item we ordered. It's frustrating to have our time wasted. Using the holiday season as an excuse for subpar service is unacceptable. We're paying customers, and it's your job to provide a quality experience. Bill was not cheap either. We expect more from establishments, especially during the holidays. We won't be returning. To potential customers, beware of the subpar service and lack of menu items. You deserve better.

La location vale la pena, grandi finestre e al primo piano al centro di time square! Bello il locale e la caratterizzazione con richiami al film di Forest gump. Servizio e cibo da fast food ma si sa prima. Caro ma la location merita.

C’était génial. Nous avons été bien accueilli, les serveurs sont agréables et très gentils ! Le cadre est top. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir. Évidemment, nous nous sommes laissés tenter par la boutique 🤗

Fantastic experience, food is amazing, the view is right over the top of Times Square and the staff are brilliant, even quizzed us on the movie. Really fun place

Wunsch hinsichtlich Platz fand keine Beachtung. Service und Essen sehr gut. Leider war es von der Zimmertemperatur bzw Klimaanlage her viel zu kalt, um es angenehm zu empfinden.
