The only thing this place has going for it is the name and concept along with the view of Times Square. It’s a shame, because, I feel like I wasted $79 of hard earned money. It took 20 minutes just to get drinks from the bar—and not one of them tasted like there was any alcohol in them. Dinner arrived all at once, appetizers and mains, then waited another 10 minutes for silverware. I don’t know what their idea of shrimp and crab rolls is, but, it was the most peculiar taste. Certainly not a spoiled taste, but, there was something in it that I did not care for at all. None of the french fries were hot. A salad man went back because dressing was requested on the side in the salad was drenched and dressing. A salad main went back because dressing was requested on the side and the salad was drenched in dressing. The men’s bathroom was gross. I could go on and on…grrrrr.

The food was pretty tasty. It is a decent value as this is in Times Square and we expected it to be more. The service started great with really friendly people, but it went down hill very fast . They changed servers on us. He just didn’t come back. We had no silverware when our food was delivered. We asked three different people . Each promised but no silverware. 10 minutes later and cold food our server finally came around. My husband asked for a manager and no one came. Then it took forever to pay. I know they were busy. We will probably never go back. The souvenir store was amazing.

Solid food choices—a majority of the menu has shrimp, but even the non-shrimp-eaters in our group found something. We ate on Thanksgiving Day and expected it to be very crowded. We were seated away from the busy section of the restaurant, which was nice for noise level. The downside was that we did not have views of Times Square from our table. Many NYC restaurants are tight spaces, but the atmosphere here has plenty of personal space between tables and at the table, which we appreciated after having been in a huge crowd out in Times Square! Our server was excellent—attentive but not overbearing, and relaxed. Even though she had been working in a very busy holiday, she didn’t pass the stress of that on to us. Awesome!

Great food in a great location. Thanks to Braxton for his amazing service. Food was served piping hot and super tasty. We will visit again.

I’ve wanted to visit this restaurant for YEARS and it did not disappoint! The detail in all the decorations was brilliant, the food was lovely and the staff were so friendly and attentive. It was a lovely experience and I’d definitely return!
