It was Christmas so we were giving grace but we spent over two hours there waiting for food and drinks. The server seemed busy but also forgetful.

We’ve been going to this location for a long time and we always have a great experience. Food is always great! Today our waiter was Chuck and he was awesome! He checked up on us frequently, refilled our waters and brought us anything we asked for. He was super friendly and attentive!!!

Great food but the service was slow. We waited for 20 mins before even getting asked for a drink order. Food was slow to come out. We go here every year for our Christmas Eve dinner and this year was disappointing. Looking for another option next year.

Very good food in a nicely decorated place. Lot's of smaller rooms to keep the noise of large groups spread out. Quick service. Highly recommend.

Ugh we eat here quite often and today was the worst food was not great and the room we were sitting in was small and really loud the service was not great either debating if we will come back

Tonight was a great night. The Hostess was so much better than the last time we came. Still a little odd to have 3 girls greet you but at least they were all nice. Our server was good. Made my nieces birthday fun and enjoyable. The camera man was a little pushy. $17 for one picture is a little much. Especially when he brings you 8 to choose from and you know they’re going in the trash. I would Definitely change those prices. Food was good. I wish I could give a 5/5 but our soup was cold, the tri platters was waaayy too spicy and our pasta was a little over cooked. I will still be coming back to eat here again.

Sat us in a back room near a party of 6 loud, obnoxious people cussing to the high heavens. Waiter was semi attentive but had to track him down at the end for bill. Lasagna was horrible. Mostly thick, red pasta sauce and noodles. Hardly any cheese or meat like in past times. Will never return to a Buca restaurant.
