It was good. It took an additional half an hour to seat us because they simply weren’t ready for us eleven though we had a reservation. The food was good for Buca. We were celebrating our grandmothers 70th birthday. The staff sang for her, which was nice. It’s a good casual restaurant. We would go again.

We have been visiting Vegas multiple times a year for the last 15 years. Buca is always a restaurant we visit. Today’s visit was absolutely disappointing. While the food was top notch the service was awful. Our group of 7 was left with no drink refills, the server didn’t come back to see how things were, we requested crushed peppers that arrived finally when everyone was done eating. We always rave about Buca and bring our family & friends here, this latest experience has left me not wanting to recommend it. When I told the hostesses at the front about it they looked at me and apologized and says they would let their manager know.

The family style meal was plenty of food for me and my 3 friends. I was, however, extremely disappointed in the quality of food. I wasn’t expecting the best food ever, but this was not even as good as Olive Garden. Our waitress was super kind and friendly. Overall though, it was meh.

This is one of our favorite places to eat. Always too much food for two people. Even when you share. Waiters will always warn you of the servings. We’ve eaten in several in different states and always consistent and good.

The entrance attendant was not very pleasant and polite. In my case, I ate the 12-piece pizza for 4 people... the cost is very high for a small quantity, I can't evaluate other dishes that even seemed better and better served, but I wouldn't go back to that restaurant.

Family style dining so come hungry. Service and food was too notch. Not the fanciest Italian restaurant in Vegas, but prices are fair, food is spectacular and the ambience is great.

Everything was good from the food to the service. Waiter was nice access questions if it was our first time, and where was good in the servants of the food

Its FIRST TIME good dinning experience inside EXCALIBUR. Reserved a quiet Sophia Loren room but its too isolated in backcorner of dinning room The waiter temds to forget to,serve me. I had to ask hostess nearby to remind server to bring bill But it also failed to use InKind available cash🤨 it showed BUCA Arizona location Not sure if hostness forgot to check my name under OPEN TABLE confirm no ? End up paying cash n didnt not get any Inkind points nor discount?
