    Service was great at the start but then after we got our entrée, I found a long strand of hair in my food, it took the waiter some time to finally check in. By that time my food was cold, no drinks refilled, and I lost my appetite, Was there with my fiancee for Valentine's Day but they continued to ignore our table so we got out of there asap. One of the worst dinners I've had.

    They gave us a Sundae in place of the cannolis per our request for the same price as a Valentine’s Day excuse. It was delicious and wonderful

    We had Javen for the second time as our server. Can't say how lucky we were. He is outstanding in everyway. We will make sure we request him on our next visit. Great service and great food. We asked to speak to the manager to inform her that Javen goes above and beyond satisfy guest. Thank you the Jackson's

    Top notch service and the food was spaced out in delivery so as not to crowd the table. We were not rushed as we lingered while chatting over dessert. Highly recommend this location for any event or meal.

    Had a great meal. Food came out vert quickly. Had a very good waitress. This is one of our go to restaurants and have never been dissatisfied.

    great food as usual. we had a group that hadnt seen each other for a long time. wait staff was excellent and let us catch up without pestering us to order. it wasnt crowded and she did an excellent job. we meet at buca every year because we enjoy the food and we can work with dietary restrictions. love the place

    The food was really great but it actually came out a little too fast. I would have liked more time between appetizers and our main courses. With larger groups, you need time for discussion, etc. Overall, it was great.

    The dessert was very expensive and not good. It was a brownie sundae that I received. The brownies were very dry.
