   I made a reservation for 10/17/20 @ 7:30 PM. When I got to the restaurant, I was told they were not honoring any reservations that night because of the Michigan Football game and the UFC fight. I wish this information would have been noted on open table, or at least some how notified, so my party of 6 didn’t drive 45 minutes to have reservations for somewhere that was “accepting” them. I even “confirmed” that I would be there the day before as well. I am extremely upset that I planned a party THINKING I had reservations and I did not. To bdubs, please remove reservations on days you’re not going to honor them! Thank you!

   It was ok. No gloves, chips were stale. They took the chips off the bill without asking but I would rather of had good food initially. Always seems like some problem or another. Today in the lobby a man was talking about passing out sitting there on the bench. He was leaning side to side with his eyes closed..... No one knew what his deal was, kept saying he was gonna passout. Not sure if he was drunk, sick, or what but Buffalo Wild Wings should have addressed this.

   Staff did a great job accommodating our group of 40+ following a Jr High basketball game. Service was very good!

   We never made it to the food. The mentally challenged workers up front were debating about where we should sit when there were obviously open tables and booths. I suggested a booth and they sat us at a dirty one instead. They never returned with a rag to wipe down the table and no waitress showed up so we walked out. There were several dirty tables and there was a vibe that the meals were not going to be any better than the service.

   Absolute worst experience ever. Arrived, told they do not accept these reservations. They had no idea how to seat 14 people plus one high chair and tried putting us at multiple high tops with no high chair and 7 young kids. Ended up seating ourselves after 25 minutes on the patio. Took another 15 minutes to get menus, 10 more for a server and 20 more minutes for drinks! We finally received food after 1.5hrs of being in the building. The servers kept going in and out of the patio door to smoke by our kids playing in the grass. The manager never apologized or did anything to help ease the visit and shrugged his shoulders when we asked why water was taking 20 min and the restaurant was less than half full when we arrived to begin with. His appearance was not professional, greasy hair, untucked wrinkled polo and the only reason we knew he was the manager was because of his name tag. The assistant manager brought out the food, appeared professional, when told an order was wrong he only said well that’s not on my ticket and walked away. Upon leaving we noticed ticks covering our children from playing in their grassy area. 3 days later we are still tick searching and removing from 7 small children. Never will return to this location.
