We made reservations and were told they don’t take reservations even though I had a confirmation for our party of 5 . The host was extremely rude and disrespectful especially on Veterans Day. I only made the reservation because I thought it was going to be extra busy and his attitude was unnecessary. I don’t know if he had an off day or what but I even tried to show him and he was dismissive. Not a huge deal but certainly not what I hoped for our veteran. Our server was wonderful and made up for the negative greeting and treatment of the host

Seeing I made a reservation on open table and drove far to get there only to be told that they don’t take reservations and they had no tables open because of a game, I gave a poor rating. If you are not going to honor reservations for a specific day then take the availability off so people can’t book it.

Waited about 15 minutes before anyone greeted us. Then, once seated, it was another 10–15 before our server came to take our drink order

They would not honor our reservation and then put us at the bottom of a hour long wait list then received a message that our spot in line was canceled. They were extremely rude. Then makes our reservation as completed and dining in. This app is useless if the restaurant will not honor the reservation. Overall really terrible experience with the app and the restaurant.

The Waterford Buffalo Wild Wings is great – just NOT if you are using OPEN TABLE! My low rating is only due to the fact that this BW3 location does NOT accept reservations of any kind (including through OpenTable, even though I was able to make a reservation and received a confirmation number) and I don't want anyone else to be mislead like I was! Luckily the staff was able to find us a table quickly even without the reservation (we had a party of 7 on a Saturday night at 6pm, so they were fairly crowded). So, do go to this restaurant if you want, just don't go thinking you have a reservation!!

They don't take reservations so why are they on open table. Drove a long way to be told no reservations and was put on wait list as if I just walked in. Waited 45 minutes. Unacceptable. Won't go there again

The B-dubs staff was great, but when we arrived they did not have our reservation. Thankfully I had my confirmation email from OpenTable. The manager found us a space and even got us an extension cord so that guys could plug in their laptops.
