Introducing the latest addition to the “Forever Fabulous” Flamingo Las Vegas, the all-new Bugsy & Meyer’s Steakhouse will transport guests back to the resort’s vintage roots while serving a fresh and intriguing steakhouse experience in a modern way. Guests will be transported from the moment they arrive, as they enter through the “bakery” façade and past the dry aged meat cooler, giving the illusion of discreetly entering through the back as many did decades ago. Once inside the steakhouse proper, an eye-catching dining experience awaits. In collaboration with designers Studio K Creative out of Chicago and renowned designer Jonathan Adler, the restaurant boasts a variety of atmospheres, including the main bar, patio dining, the bustling main dining room, three private dining rooms and a raw bar. Bugsy & Meyer’s Steakhouse is a one-of-a-kind destination steakhouse, much like its resort’s origins, in menu, design and atmosphere. Bugsy and Meyer would approve.

Once seated, you and your guests will enjoy a complimentary welcome glass of champagne, a personal greeting at your table by the Chef, and an amuse bouche to enhance your palette. **The $25 per person fee applies to the table only, and will NOT be counted towards your food and beverage.**

    Food was very good; steaks were delicious and tender. I had the $100 fixed price dinner which included an 8 oz filet, a Caesar salad and crème brûlée. All food was delicious. The ambience was ok. The servers were good.

    We stay at the flamingo one or twice a year and have always wanted to try this steakhouse. We had the opportunity this time and the service was top notch and the food was incredible. Highly recommend everyone give this place a try. My steak was perfect and our service was the nicest guy.

    great food and superb service. The bread service was delicious, however, $20 for a loaf of bread seems like a little much. Our waiter was excellent and attentive. We were not in the mood for meat, so we split a ceasar salad and I had crabcake - which was the best I've ever had. My husband had coconut shrmp which was also excellent. We had an enjoyable dinner!

    While I enjoyed the meal tremendously... I was freezing, and I was wearing a hooded sweatshirt. =0)

    I ordered medium rare, but the meat was tough. Scallop scallops were delicious, but I don't think it goes well with cilantro The staff was kind, but they are working elsewhere when they need to, so they need time to wait.

    It is hard to feel like I get my moneys worth with prices at this level BUT I had the second best steak of my life! It was mouth watering! My wife had the scallops and she has never had any better. My only complaint are the sides. Not many options for a green vegetable and my baked potato was average at best.

    We had a fabulous experience at Bugsy & Meyer in the Flamingo Hotel. Kevin , our waiter made our birthday dinner so special and we were not rushed. It was leisurely and it was absolutely delicious. I would recommend it to anyone going to Vegas.

    Lovely dining experience. Great place to linger and dine while catching up with friends. Cocktails were excellent. Steak beautifully prepared and tasty.

    We I’d the Bugsey’s Table Experience as an early dinner before a show and it didn’t disappoint. Chef Kenzie visited with us to ensure our meals (surf & turf, scallops) were perfect. The staff is extremely attentive - an altogether pleasant meal.
