Introducing the latest addition to the “Forever Fabulous” Flamingo Las Vegas, the all-new Bugsy & Meyer’s Steakhouse will transport guests back to the resort’s vintage roots while serving a fresh and intriguing steakhouse experience in a modern way. Guests will be transported from the moment they arrive, as they enter through the “bakery” façade and past the dry aged meat cooler, giving the illusion of discreetly entering through the back as many did decades ago. Once inside the steakhouse proper, an eye-catching dining experience awaits. In collaboration with designers Studio K Creative out of Chicago and renowned designer Jonathan Adler, the restaurant boasts a variety of atmospheres, including the main bar, patio dining, the bustling main dining room, three private dining rooms and a raw bar. Bugsy & Meyer’s Steakhouse is a one-of-a-kind destination steakhouse, much like its resort’s origins, in menu, design and atmosphere. Bugsy and Meyer would approve.

Love the food and the waiter was so nice. They sat us next to the walk way so the music in the restaurant was very loud but then you add the walkway noise, I could barely hear my husband.

Fantastic meal for Christmas Day. Service, food and all round amazing experience. Had the Christmas set menu and the food was amazing value. Prime rib was so soft and tender.

We really enjoyed the experience the steaks were good. I'm not going to go over the top OMG because there are a lot of amazing steaks in Vegas This one was really good. Food was solid but I will give a shout out to the French Inion Soyp it was exceptional the broth tasted like it had been simmering for days very rich & perfectly balanced. What separated this experience were the cocktails & service. All of our drinks were best we had all week Perfectly balanced and absolutely top shelf. Our waiter Matio was probably best waiter we've had anywhere, definitely in Vegas. Very knowledgeable, accommodating, helpful, charming. He knew his stuff and was what truly elevating the experience Ask for Mario if you go to Bugsy's

Our favorite steak house in Las Vegas. The wygnu rib eye cap, puréed potatoes with black truffle, and lobster bisque are phenomenal.

We went to Vegas this past weekend enjoyed Bugsy so much we ate there twice in our 5 night stay. You won’t be disappointed having dinner here.
