In 2018, Florida-based Centurion Restaurant Group announced that its popular tapas restaurant, Bulla Gastrobar, has opened its first Texas location. The rapidly expanding concept is located at 6007 Legacy Dr., Suite 180 in Plano’s thriving Legacy West district.

Authentic Spanish tapas featuring culturally rich ingredients and imaginative cocktails are served in a lively, social setting, complete with a beautifully appointed gather-around bar, main dining area, private dining room, and outdoor terrace.

Ideal for events of any kind including intimate dinners, private luncheons, cocktail parties and more, guests will indulge in Bulla’s signature flavors, wines, and hand-craft spirits. Bulla is where you go to indulge in a celebration of good taste for brunch, lunch and dinner.

    Great food. The Tapas we tried were amazing. Especially the bacon wrapped figs and the meatballs. The Sangria was also excellent. Our waiter Brendan was fantastic. A little noisy, but overall a wonderful experience. Definitely recommend this restaurant.

    Enjoyed a unique experience with excellent food and service. Took friends there who had never been and they were all very satisfied and I'm sure they will be back.

    First time eating here on the recommendation of a friend and my family and I enjoyed it very much! We loved that the tapas style lets us have a little bit of everything instead of each person getting a giant dish for themselves

    First, despite being a long term user of OpenTable I can not make a reservation. I successfully reserved a table for 2, but not the 5 I needed for my daughter's 16th birthday. Woops. However, the hosting team quickly was still able to seat us moments later at our appointed time despite my error. First, bravo. Second, goes to Ben who was authentically interested in service without being pushy. My family never worried about drink glasses being empty and food was brought so timely it could have been a symphony the way it was conducted. Third, bravo goes to the kitchen who executed consistently well throughout the night and delivered with Ben's help a birthday surprise for my girl's Sweet Sixteen. The management at Bulla deserves a lot of credit for the excellence the team performs and I love it every time I go for a meal.

    Our server was phenomenal! Attentive. Great service! Pleasant! Will def come in again for the good and great service! Food was delicious. Didn’t have one thing I didn’t like!

    From “Little Plates” to massive Paella pans that weave amazing flavors together to provide an absolutely authentic Spanish flavorfest. The early happy hour provides half price bottles of wine. The wine selection is wonderful and at half price, it is great value. Add to that, flawless service from Nina (second time to be with her, and we will request her always from now on). This is a magnificent place for a special celebration meal. One person in our party had extensive food allergies and Bulla handled all of the special needs flawlessly.
