The Burnt Onion Kitchen & Brews is open for both dine-in and take-out.

For recreationists and families alike, the Burnt Onion Kitchen & Brews delivers a unique and delicious dining experience that is unmatched in the area. Located in our Main Chalet (2nd floor) at Giants Ridge, we offer full, seasonal lunch and dinner menus that put a creative twist on classic American fare.

The Burnt Onion also offers a relaxing, full-service bar offering a well-stocked selection of spirits, local and craft beers (including a variety of tap beer options), and a selection of fine wines. And whether you choose to dine indoors or outside on our cozy deck (open in spring, summer, fall months), you’ll be surrounded by beautiful views of our alpine mountain.

Enjoyed our meal very much! Plenty of food! Service was good and wait staff were very friendly and personable. Would have loved to have sat outside on the balcony, but the weather did not permit that.

very nice setting facing the ski hill. tables were spread apart for social distancing.Food was very good. i highly recommend the onion soup.

The food was terrific, and fairly priced. The service was a little slow but it was a busy evening . What really wrecked our dining experience was the noise level coming from the bar. You shouldn’t have to shout at your own table for the person sitting next to you to hear you. We couldn’t wait to get out of there. They really need to separate the bar from the dining area in a room with such bad acoustics.

We enjoyed a burger with fries today, the burger was cooked to perfection. Also a bowl of chili that had just the right amount of spice in it. The service is always top notch, keep up the good work

We had the giant pretzel today, it was served piping hot. Probably one of the best pretzels I've ever had. And the wait staff was right on top of it today, top notch!
