The filet was very good. Service was very very slow. The shades were up where we ate and the sun was coming right into our faces. It seemed to be a complicated deal to lower them. Took a few requests to do so. The manager came in and raised them and seemed irritated that they were lowered? It’s fine once the sun gets further down, even a nice view of sunset. Sincere apologies for us not getting that handled more quickly. When I came through it was quite dark in the room and I raised the blinds to make the room a little brighter and make the view more enjoyable. Wasn't irritated about them being down, just that they were down past sunset and made the room too dark. Very sorry you felt the service from Chari was slow. Not the impression we want to make. Unfortunately, I did not get to eat the food. When I arrived at 7:15 PM for my reservation for two, there was a long line of guests from the 7:00 PM reservations who were still not seated with no hostess to be found. At 7:30 PM, only some of the guests with reservations at 7:00 PM were seated. I tried to eat at the bar, but after a 10 minute wait and no one coming over to ask about our orders, we decided to leave.請問這對你有幫助嗎?

This was the single worst dining experience I've had in the 20 years I've lived in Maryland. We booked a 7pm reservation, choosing Bushel and a Peck to try something new instead of our regular favorites. Our 2-person party arrived on time at 7pm and the waiting area was packed. We weren't seated for 40 minutes. When we were finally seated without much apology, our waiter arrived after another five minutes with some water. He was apologetic and gave us menus. We got his attention in another five minutes because we had our order ready and were very hungry. When the waiter came back at 8pm with more water, not even the cocktails we'd ordered, and not with the appetizers we'd ordered, we decided to leave and go downstairs to the fantastic food court. We had delicious, reasonably priced food within ten minutes. No one from management or the host table apologized. We are incredibly sorry for the experience you had at our restaurant. You had a reservation & we made a mistake and didn't properly manage the dining room to be able to seat you on time. Once I did seat you, I should have personally gotten your drinks and put in the appetizers. 1000% my fault. I have no excuse other than we mismanaged the evening. A mistake I deeply regret. We have a new management team & are working hard to create great guest experiences, but clearly we missed the mark. My husband and I had a great date night at BP during Restaurant Week. Scallops and French onion soup to start, burger and filet steak salad for entrees, lemon square and chocolate marshmallow cake for dessert. The filet was perfectly medium rare as I ordered. The gorgonzola was creamy and flavorful. French onion soup was cheesy with the right amount of salt. 4 yummy scallops for the appetizer.
