Butera’s Restaurant of Bay Shore is the newest addition to the Butera Restaurant Group. Owners Gary Butera, Martin &Laurie Butera, Nick Zografos & David Novak have provided cool green & white panels, brick, subway tile, marble and original artwork. The decor adds a sleek industrial edge to compliment the tone in the casual, comfortable dining room & spacious bar. Garage doors bring the “outside” in to add to the open, airy industrial look.
The Butera’s kitchen, since it’s inception in Massapequa 1991 to present day Bay Shore , has and still does offer traditional rustic Italian cuisine with a modern flair alongside unique specials showcasing authentic ingredients and locally sourced products.
The Butera’s family relishes the opportunity to begin a new chapter in Bay Shore, and wants nothing more than to serve and delight the community for years to come.

Another fabulous evening spent at Buteras. We go primarily for the amazing attentive staff and almost as amazing are the food options. Both Ashley and Nancy are fantastic at their jobs. They go above and beyond to make the dining experience A+ The food selections go from basic to elaborate. The menu is certainly one that will cater to everyone. On a last note, the Bayshore location has a NYC vibe with plenty of seating options. Please do make your reservation soon.

Our food was delicious. The waitress was so attentive. The owner even came around to check on everyone. Such a great experience.

My best friends Birthday so he wanted Italian and chose Butera's. We were not disappointed sever was very nice and the Owner Chef came by to introduce himself and explained his history and menu, you could see the pride in how he spoke and held himself. We started out with the baked clams and they were an instant hit so moist and tender not chewy at all. We both had the Sunday Gravy and it was perfectly cooked. My wife had the chicken meatball pot and they were so tender and melted in your mouth. We are looking forward to going back soon. David H.

More than satisfied with portion sizes and the quality of the food. The baked lasagna was outstanding!

Wonderful atmosphere and very attentive service. Our waitress was patient with us as we were having a business meeting over dinner and thus took longer than a typical reservation. She was very friendly during touch points while not being overbearing which we truly appreciated and made great recommendations for appetizers.

What can I say that I haven't said before? The quality of the food is a constant! You'll enjoy anything and everything you order. The service is great. A more helpful and attentive group you're not going to find.
