Byblos represents a marriage of Eastern Mediterranean cuisine with strong influences from both traditional and local ingredients, using time-honored classic cooking techniques and modern methods. Our chef has created dishes that showcase the regionally-specific spices and flavours of the Eastern Mediterranean seaboard to craft a menu that will be a true coastal and cultural mosaic, served family style in a convivial atmosphere.

                                                                      Plenty of interesting and flavourful combinations, across all dishes we selected. But ultimately, the food was just OK - honestly had higher hopes for this restaurant. Ambience and service were decent though.

                                                                      Byblos is always quite the experience—we've been here multiple times and the service, food, overall ambience, and every little details has been consistently excellent. Do yourself a favour and get the rib kebab, the hummus royale, and the truffle pide. These were SO good!!

                                                                      We sat downstairs and it was way too cold. They should do something about the cold air that gets in every time the door opens and closes. The cold ruined our whole experience - I had to eat with my jacket on.
