The lamb and wagyu dishes and especially the sauces are incredible. The olive dishes are delightfully surprising. The environment is comfortable. The servers are smart and attentive. The bathroom is a bit chilly. Overall, excellent.

Henry, thanks so much for sharing your feedback. Really appreciate it. I agree, it's been a challenge. I just recently added a baseboard heater, but it's not keeping up. I also now have a couple of portable heaters. Still a challenge. But we're working on it. We do actually have an accessible washroom on our main floor. My previous visits to Byblos was truly remarkable. The service was impeccable, with a host who was extremely attentive and welcoming. The food was exquisite. However, it is disheartening to see that the standards have significantly declined. Upon entering the restaurant, the host seemed clueless and refused our request for better seating, claiming that all tables were reserved. Strangely, the neighboring table remained empty until we departed. The servers appeared uninformed about the menu, a stark contrast to the past when they were knowledgeable about every ingredient and cooking method. The cocktails were satisfactory. Overall, the dining ambeince, from the initial greeting to the well-trained servers, has regrettably deteriorated at this establishment. Perhaps it is time for a reopening and rebranding effort.

Very warm welcome and escort at the reception. The waiter is vey friendly and with patience. Restaurant atmosphere is much better than expected, cozy but not prudish. Middle East cuisine is the first ever I tried, really mouthwatering.

Good food, good drinks. Nice ambience. The server tried to change plate before we finished the appetizer. The Main was served before we finished app. Nice ambience but service can be improved. Overall better service and ambience at the downtown location.

Came here for their winterlicious menu and a few extra items off their main menu. Everything was great, service was good and food was top notch. I would definitely return.

It was my friend’s and I’s first time here and we did the Winterlicious menu along with a few items from the regular menu. The waiters were amazing, it wasn’t busy on a Sunday evening either and the Noize level was perfect to hold a conversation. We were seated by the window which the draft came through and it was cold towards the end. If you go and you get cold easily, ask to be seated somewhere else. The food was underwhelming, most items lacked salt, portion sizes were very small and the price wasn’t worth it. Their pistachio baklava was delicious but again small.

Food is always excellent and enjoyable. Stuart our server was also very professional and his pace of service was great.
