Perched atop the Hoxton Hotel in the heart of Chicago’s Fulton Market, Cabra Chicago is a lively rooftop escape, inspired by the bold and vibrant flavors of Peruvian cuisine.

Led by James Beard Award and Top Chef winner Stephanie Izard (Girl & the Goat) alongside longtime partners Rob Katz and Kevin Boehm of Boka Restaurant Group, Cabra serves up crave-worthy dishes in a colorful and energetic setting.

The restaurant’s airy, plant-filled ambiance, paired with its open kitchen and sweeping city views, creates a dynamic dining experience. Guests can savor a variety of shareable plates, from ceviches to savory meats, all bursting with the rich, fresh flavors of Peru.

                                            Had an amazing experience at Cabra in Chicago! The food was absolutely excellent—flavorful, creative, and perfectly prepared. The drinks were equally impressive, with unique and refreshing cocktails that perfectly complemented the meal. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a top-notch dining experience!

                                            This restaurant is a nice surprise spot at the top of the Buxton Hotel. The space is fun! The food is delicious! H they have some unique things on the menu which made trying something different extra special. The empanadas were unique flavors and were nice and flaky. The beans were so good! The staff was attentive but not overly. I will definitely return!

                                            Great food, service was ok, but the overall experience, ambiance, and scenery made up for it. I would definitely recommend this establishment for a date night spot.

                                            Visiting from Pennsylvania, this was my second time dining at Cabra within 2 years. I have been amazed with each and every dish each time. We opted to order all the ceviche dishes this time so we could sample them all as well as numerous other dishes from the menu. The tapas and shareable style of plating allows me to have a wide variety of selections, which works well for me since I’m a very eclectic and adventurous diner. The staff is as wonderful as the food they are serving; they are so friendly. It is very clear that the employees love to work there because it shows on their faces and their interactions with the diners. I highly recommend the Cabra experience and plan on visiting each and every time I am in Chicago.
