Our cuisine represents the best of Italian dining, using fresh ingredients and preparing all dishes in our own kitchen daily. Everything was amazing and delicious ! It’s my new favorite place :) VALUE: Reasonable (and filling) portions at fair prices … appreciate this much more than other places that charge much higher prices for excessive portions that no one can (or should!) finish !!

Always great. The staff, the food, the atmosphere, this place never disappoints. This is both a special occasion as well as a regular haunt place. Highly recommend.

The selection was very good. The choices were wide from fish, Chicken and Beef. We had two different chicken dishes. Both dishes were excellent. The service was also excellent. We come here at least 4 times a year. We are never disappointed.

After spending an extended weekend in Boston recently, we were really disappointed in the North End Italian dinner we had at a popular restaurant. The food seemed thrown together, and the value did not exceed the cost. Enter Cafe Emilia. Driving home from the airport, we passed Cafe Emilia, and I made a point to say that we were going there for dinner the following weekend to compare it to our recent dinner, so I reserved a table via OpenTable. WOW! From the moment you step inside, you are greeted by the staff and made to feel welcome. Our table was not yet ready, so they took us to the bar for a drink on them! We had fantastic mozzarella and clams to start, as well as bolognese and linguine and clams for dinner. It came out piping hot and expertly prepared. We did not miss dessert; we had the Creme Brulee and Tiramisu. Both are very good. We can't wait to go back!!!

Not impressed. First of all, very, very loud, not a place for a romantic dinner. The dirty martini was terrible. We were rushed, and they kept on coming back for the credit card. Would not recommend or recommend. Much better Italian restaurants around.

Insanely loud with blasting music. The ceilings are low so it is almost impossible to hear the person across from you. The decor is from 1980 Bronx. Dark walls. Service was ‘80 Bronx with pushy waiters. I never understood people’s obsession to sounding Italian when they only speak 4 words. Food is cooked to order ( it’s very hot, and not microwave hot) so it’s a mistery why it is not good. Very very expensive. Desserts are kept outside in a corner, not refrigerated. Place was super packed.

This was my first time here and it was fabulous! My friend and I were treated like we were the only ones in the dining room, but we were not. Marco was very attentive and funny and charming, and we will definitely be back.
