Cafe Titamiu is a lovely dining experience. The Italian menu is authentic and features house made pastas plus a number of non pasta entries. Every dish we have tried on our two recent visits has been wonderful. Service is warm and professional. Portions are generous but not overly so. Full bar with excellent prices ($14 for premium vodka martinis in traditional full-size glasses). An award-winning wine list is on the expensive side, but given the quality offerings, the markups appear reasonable. The least expensive red wine by the glass is $19, but it's a full half glass pour. Based on our two recent visits, here are a few of the not-to-be missed items: The garlic bread is truly special. We love the arugula/apple salad, which is perfect for two to share . If the crab fritters are on the menu, they are a must-have, as is the cioppino and the ravioli. And, if you still have room for dessert, the signature tiramisu is wonderful.

Giuseppe and Tony were amazing hosts. Food was fabulous, we had pappardelle and the cheese and spinach ravioli...beautiful and of course the tiramisu... muah! The atmosphere was delightful.. A must when you are in San Fran.

We had an amazing time! Antoine was a fantastic host and took excellent care of us. The food was delicious, and it made a perfect date spot. Highly recommend for any couples and small groups! We will be back for sure.

One of the rudest waiters ever. My dinner was not what I ordered and he never came back to check on us until he wanted to present the bill with his first smile of the evening. Place looked run down…,total disappointment. If I wasn’t with people I didn’t know I would have made a big deal at that time, We chose because of the rating on Open Table —- would not recommend.
