We were bought a 3 course dinner voucher as a wedding present.It was a fantastic experience.Fabulous accomodation with amazing chandeliers,and well located for Stratford Station We were warmly greeded by our server Adina who provided us with great service..attentive but not overly so..indeed a perfect hostess The 3 course meal that we both had ( 6 different courses ) were very good and decent sizes and great value A very memorable experience that we will be repeating soon and would have no hesitation in recommending

Great find for brunch in Stratford Downside we pre booked only to arrive without our booking being acknowledged Busy so was sat out on terrace and it was cold very cold.got moved inside after requesting it Worth the visit however Fab food

Food was good, but very expensive when compared with other afternoon tea experiences in London, mainly due to the exorbitant service charge added to the bill.

Caffe Concerto didn't have our table booked and we had to wait while they asked a customer to quickly finish their drink and vacate a table for us. Extremely bad customer service all round, we thought. On ordering a gin and slimline mixer, required for one of our party who is diabetic and needs to keep sugar intake to a minimum, it transpired, after delivery of a regular mixer, that they don't stock any sugar-free mixers. It would have been nice to have been told this at the point of ordering so a different choice could have been made. At the end of our main course a server came and removed two of our empty plates and left the third for us to continue to look at until we were ready to leave. We might have wanted to order a dessert, but they will never know as no-one bothered to return to our table to find out! In short, don't waste your time booking a table and, if customer service is important to you, don't go there at all.

Food is good but not generous. We used a voucher but if we had paid full price I would have felt cheated. It does not compare with the experience of afternoon tea at a nice hotel.
