    I am disappoint with this visit, don’t go after 9 PM as everything is worse. Do order do the croquettes sampler-The artichoke appetizer was OK and the bread with tomato was soggy. I expected the Bacalao to be better. And and I tried the veal but found the s sauce too strong and breading OK guys there’s another question next there’s another reading OK the one the women the woman at the well you gotta do that one as well. too fried the whole thing. Definitely try the Basque cheese dessert- too small but delicious.

    Absolutely Incredible Experience at CalaMillor! We had an unforgettable dining experience at CalaMillor, hands down one of the best Spanish restaurants in Miami. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a perfect blend of modern elegance and Mediterranean charm. But what truly made our night was Javi, our server. He was amazing—super friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, and genuinely passionate about the food and the experience. His recommendations were spot on, and his attentiveness made us feel like VIPs all evening. The food? Outstanding. Every dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented—from the tapas to the paella, each bite transported us straight to Spain. The wine was the perfect touch—refreshing and expertly balanced. Highly recommend CalaMillor to anyone looking for authentic Spanish cuisine in Miami. And if you go, ask for Javi—you’ll be in great hands!
