We went with my family of four on Christmas Eve. The food was delicious, the ambiance was great, and the servers were very attentive. I am always looking for new places to dine. I have already started thinking about what friends I can bring and introduce a new restaurant to that is close to home!

We went to Callao for a family Christmas Eve, a party of 8. They were so kind and hospitable to us. Their food was delicious and we tried many dishes. Their menu is an adventure and will require a return visit. Thank you Callao! We all had a wonderful time.

Honestly, it was really bad. Food, drinks, service, noise level. Staff seems nice but otherwise no redeeming qualities unfortunately. Completely disorganized and food/drinks only made it worse. Would highly recommend finding somewhere else to go.

Wonderful dinner. Lomo saltado was delicious. Appetizers were 100%! Ceviche and empanadas. There was great live music but it! was! so! loud! After asking them to turn the amp down it finally was a bit more reasonable.

Loved the food and the ambience of the place. The Ceviche's are really good! The drinks were delicious, all-in-all, you are unlikely to make a mistake with this place :) I would definitely want to visit it again.

We chose Callao for our office team dinner, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The restaurant provided the perfect balance of elegance and warmth, making it an ideal setting for a group gathering. The food was absolutely outstanding! From the vibrant, fresh ceviche to the perfectly seasoned lomo saltado, every dish was packed with flavor and beautifully presented. We loved our entrees! Delicious! The ceviche appetizer was also great. Music was a little loud when we first sat down but thankfully the server accommodated when we asked that the volume be adjusted a little. Will definitely go back. I may be craving the seafood "stew" entree soon! Prices may have been a little high, but probably comparable to other local restaurants.
