Island Life. French doors open out onto the terrace overlooking Morgan's Harbour as a soft breeze flows in from the North Sound. This is the Calypso Grill in West Bay. A place to gather with delicious fish and seafood cooked simply with a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.     Great welcome, great service and great food. What's not to like? The fish casserole and the tuna starters are always good as are the coconut shrimp.

    We came to Calypso on our last trip to the island and had to return. Everything was even better, which was hard to do. Their apps and main courses are all large and delicious. The tuna was very fresh and tasty.

    The food was excellent as always. We were disappointed that they did not offer the crab-stuffed tiger shrimp that they often do this time of year, but easily found other appealing options. The service was great too.

    Great food and service. Brenton was excellent and a really nice person. His recommendations were spot-on. Grilled Mahi-mahi outstanding. Will be back again!

    We eat at Calypso every time we come to Grand Cayman. Always have a wonderful meal. Fish is always good and fresh.

    We love the Calypso Grill - from the moment you walk in the door you are made to feel welcome. The service is wonderful, the food is delicious and the sticky toffee pudding should not be missed. I highly recommend Calypso Grill.
