Founded in 1986, we have developed a concept of cuisine that adheres to the tradition and family custom of Argentina.
The base of our success lies in the excellence of our meat cuts, which are imported and carefully aged and meet the highest quality standards. Our delicious menu is completed with typical and family recipes to the purest Argentine style, able to satisfy the most demanding palates.

Please remember that out of respect for other diners, we have a 15 minute tolerance at the time of reservation.

Excelente servicio y los alimentos de primera!! Nos encanta ir al Cambalache de Interlomas porque todos los capitales, meseros y cocineros siempre son muy amables y procuran que los clientes se sientan como en casa.
