Located in the heart of town, Campo uses the freshest ingredients, to create superlative Italian cuisine prepared by Executive Chef Giuseppe Garafolo, Chef Rodrigo Cortina and our talented kitchen team. Best Italian we’ve had in a long time. Food was genuine and delicious and the service was top notch. The tables were packed pretty close together so privacy was sacrificed but it was the Christmas season in Aspen so the demand was high and we had a great time. What a quaint location. Loved the heater and coat check as we came in!

Campo is our favorite Italian restaurant in Aspen. The food is outstanding- our favorite dishes are the calamari, burrata, bolognese, and when they have it as a special, the chicken parm. The service is also excellent and Dave is very passionate about the wine list he curates.

Wonderful food all around (we each had a different pasta dish). We had an early reservation and enjoyed conversation at our table through dinner. After dinner we decided to forgo dessert and coffee, as the restaurant started to fill and a table for 10 behind us increased the noise level so we couldn’t hear each other! This restaurant is an Aspen gem - don’t miss a delicious meal here!

The restaurant was absolutely packed, wall to wall people. We thought we had made a mistake, thinking it was too busy, but the service was exceptional! Flawless! We were astonished how the staff and kitchen somehow managed so many customers. Our server was attentive, we never had an empty glass, our food was not only fantastic, but we were served in a very timely manner. We struck up friendly conversations with both tables on either side of us, and their food looked amazing. It was a great experience. We were awestruck over how efficient this restaurant operated with so many customers. Amazing.

A fun and lively place that you can enjoy without breaking the bank. Best espresso martinis in town. Fresh pastas and good value considering its aspen. Great waitstaff , nice to go during "slow" season although it was nice and full on a Saturday. During ski season place gets a bit crazy
