CANA is a neighborhood bistro that promises excellent food and great service in a casual setting.

We promise to deliver food and drinks with local and seasonal ingredients which a classic and sophisticated point of view. Our menu is crafted by Chef Fabiola Escobosa, formerly from Ignacio Mattos' NYC restaurants.

We open on Abril 7th!

I just had dinner here and I am disappointed with my experience. I will say that their kampachi dish was pretty good. Service was bad. The one last server (tall guy) was the most pleasant of everyone. I ordered bread and butter and they gave it to me when I was almost done eating. It was difficult getting anyone’s attention. They seem to be more concerned about talking to themselves (chismeando) than to service customers unless they are regulars. Prices don’t reflect the standards and incredible cuisine that this extraordinary city has to offer. Such a shame !

Bueno. Buen servicio muy atentos. S ene hizo caro para el lugar. La comida rica, estuvimos muy a gusto platiqué y platiqué.
