After a couple of dining disasters this weekend my friend and I were so pleased to not only be treated to delicious food but also excellent service. We'll be back. Thank you for a lovely pre-theatre experience!

Good location, excellent service and pleasant environment. Carluccio's could do better with more vegetarian and (especially) vegan options on the menu

Very nice welcome from staff - they are always very friendly and accommodating. I have been to Carluccio's several times and always enjoyed the food - both evening meal and brunch. But I am a little disappointed that the menu doesn't vary? Perhaps one or two specials might be nice? On this visit, unfortunately my partner was given the wrong meal (a meat based pasta dish instead of the seafood one). He actually started to eat it before we realised! We then mentioned it to the waitress who took it away but we then had to wait for the correct dish. Someone else on another table was given the seafood dish and mentioned it to a waitress also, but decided to eat that one! It just seemed a little bit off that the staff did not then come to see us to say there had been a mistake and deal with the problem a bit quicker. I also think we might have been offered a free coffee/drink for example by way of apology?

Food was awful - 3 meals out of 6 completely left, they did refund one meal and a drink but will not be returning- freezing cold in there too

Love the food and place but where we sat was very noisy and I have a hearing aid which picks up background noise and need to sit where this doesn't pick it up which is with no one behind me. The table we usually sit on was reserved.
