Here at Carluccio's, we’ve always been true to our Italian heritage and what food really means to us. The best ingredients, from the best regions, cooked with love.

We are situated in the upper concourse of Manchester Piccadilly Railway Station. We are in the perfect location for customers to eat before leaving the city or just arriving.

We’re open for breakfast, lunch and dinner Monday to Sunday. Our menu also caters for vegetarians/vegans and those who are following a gluten free diet.

Staff pleasant but not knowledgeable. No pancetta …. So loads of dishes needed substitutes … chicken ?? …. G&T dreadful …. Beefeater the only gin without flavours … horrible tonic .. … empty no atmosphere ….. If the great man was alive he would turn in his grave !

What a brilliant night we had at Carluccio's - Manchester Piccadilly. The food was brilliant especially the Rissotto di Mare ........amazing. Robert who was our waiter,for the evening, he was unbelievable. We had a great conversation with him to start and then was so funny throughout the night. Would definitely go again, this is our 2nd visit to Carluccio restaurant, the first being in Chester. Manchester was just as amazing. Well done everyone.

The service was absolutely brilliant. Lovely friendly waiter who did everything to help. The Arrabiata pasta was dry, over spiced and small helping. Looked warmed up in microwave with not enough moisture.Wine excellent.

Chicken was burnt and salad didn’t arrive. No waiter checked on me so I couldn’t ask for the salad before I finished my meal. I was offered the salad once I’d paid but it was too late then. There was a real lack of care and poor service - I don’t know whether the staff were too busy or whether it’s a training issue.

CLOSED - very bad you organize the dinner eith family, not be of country and do not have any idea og other place to have a dinner. Very bad for opentable too

Dreadful food. Had the chicken Samb and unwashed Luke warm, overcooked and the sauce was glupy and bathed in oil. The potatoes were overcooked and hard. Unpleasant to eat.

Unfortunately the service was poor and we had to keep asking for different parts of our starters of olives, breads and dipping oil including for side plates to eat it from. The duck was plain and brocolli undercooked and just dumped on the plate- mash looked very unappetising and we had to ask for gravy/juice. the profiterole pud was definitely stale and the ice cream flavourless- altogether very dissapointing . we will have to go elsewhere .

Service was excellent despite quite busy lunchtime. Mushroom soup delicious. My friend’s sea bream delicious. Chicken Milanese was disappointing as dry, needed more of tomatoes to liven it up. Broccoli and garlic not as good as I expected from having it before. My other friend had small plates she said they were lovely. Puddings: toasted panettone with sauce delicious. Doughnut with pistachio sauce inside good. Sorbet tangy. Thank you

Good was nice and arrived quickly but whilst the staff were polite, they were not very attentive. I think it’s because it was towards the end of their shift and they were ready to go home.
