Here at Carluccio's, we’ve always been true to our Italian heritage and what food really means to us. The best ingredients, from the best regions, cooked with love.

We are situated on the waterside in Stratford upon Avon, conveniently located near all the famous sights with stunning views across the River Avon. Therefore customers are only a few minute’s walk from Shakespeare’s birthplace and both the Swan Theatre and The Royal Shakespeare Company.

Why not come and grab a pre-theatre meal or sit down after a day of sight seeing? We’re open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner Monday to Sunday. Our menu caters to vegetarians/vegans and those who are following a gluten-free diet.

    We didn’t realise it closed at 8 - quite a shock. I had a birthday voucher to use and we chose the festive set menu. The food was really poor - like it was cooked from frozen. Aranchini cold and had to send back. Dessert was not nice at all - profiterole with pistachio, the filling was like wallpaper paste. They deducted from bill. The whole restaurant felt tired and shabby. No ambience, like a canteen. The wine was good though and waitress did her best. Quite a shock as the Carluccio is Solihull is so good.

    Brilliant food, taste and presentation. Disappointed only open to 8pm as this was a team event, but appreciate it was a Tuesday!

    The restaurant seemed very understaffed with only two servers for all the tables. This resulted in a much slower service and meant that we had to leave before dessert. The food was dry and must have been under heat lamps for a considerable time. Portions very small. All in all a disappointing experience.

    We had a very enjoyable meal. The service was excellent and there were plenty of gluten free choices on the menu. We were impressed.

    Restaurant lacked ambience albeit the manager did arrange the limited number of customers in close proximity to each other. Sat by the window but space limited due to 3 or 4 high stacks of boxed panettone which was for sale. Felt like sitting in a warehouse. Service was good if a little quick…felt very rushed, in fact had to accept bill whilst still drinking as “system” needed to be closed down and this was at 20.30! Very expensive 90 minutes!

    We needed a quick meal before attending an event at 7.30. Service was attentive, food was good value (we had the 25th anniversary menu specials) and the ambience was good.

    As ever, class service, friendly service at Carluccio's Stratford upon Avon. The restaurant staff are friendly and welcoming and it is always a pleasure to meet with friends in such a relaxing environment. Staff are always around but do not rush customers. Will be happy to return soon.
