We had an incredible dinner at Carnes last Friday! From start to finish, everything was top-notch.
To start, my wife and I had Negronis, followed by an Old Fashioned for me and the house red wine for her—both excellent choices.
For our appetizer, we had the Natalio (Argentinian Provoleta, fresh mango sauce, and Chorizo Bombón). The cheese and sauce were so good that we went rogue and started dipping our bread in it—absolutely delicious!
For the main course, I had the ribeye (well-done), and my wife had the Costillas de Cordero (medium-well). Both were cooked to perfection and packed with flavor.
To finish, we had Rogel for dessert, which was the perfect sweet touch to an already fantastic meal.
The restaurant had a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, and our server, Diego, was outstanding—attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. The only small downside was the lack of dedicated parking, but honestly, the food and experience made up for it.
Overall, Carnes delivered an amazing dining experience, and we’d highly recommend it to any steak lover!
