Buffet is limited to 90 minutes per seating The Carnivore chain of Brazilian barbecue outlets (known in Brazil as churrascaria, with a tradition stretching back to the gauchos of the Brazilian pampas) have spots for a hot grill scattered across Singapore. Carnivore CHIJMES is located in Singapore’s historic CHIJMES complex along Victoria Street. The former Catholic convent is now home to a Carnivore Brazilian restaurant that offers alfresco dining in gorgeous surrounds.
