Specializing in creative American cuisine and thoughtfully crafted cocktails, Carson Kitchen sits in the heart of Las Vegas' downtown dining scene. Carson Kitchen is built on a philosophy of reimagined comfort food prepared with approachable fine-dining ingredients. The restaurant concept originated in 2014, opening in the historic Fremont East district of Downtown Las Vegas, a partnership between chef and restaurateur Cory Harwell and his dear friend, the late Chef Kerry Simon. Designed to bring a carefully curated experience to our country’s unique & vibrant neighborhoods, Carson Kitchen features a contemporary bar, open kitchen expo counter, and community tables in an industrial yet inviting architecture.

Servers were very nice and attentive. Drinks were great! Ambiance was great too, lots of big groups. The food is made to share however the portions are a little on the smaller end, 1 order for 2 people. But the food taste amazing. You cant go wrong with anything on the menu

Deviled eggs were average, pear salad was excellent, Risotta was cooked well but I did not like the texture with strings of meat, Ccken thighs were very good but had pieces of grissle and the Steak was cold so I sent it back. They came back with a smaller thin steak that looked more like a NY Strip. It was also very tough. Overall , disappointing.

One of those restaurants that is hard to define by courses (food served as it is ready)... Especially a bit difficult as I was a singleton for dinner. However all the items were at least good (Rainbow Cauliflower and Young Beets Chopped).... and the chicken thighs with Alabama white barbecue was simply awesome. The atmosphere is lively (if not a bit loud) and do not expect to get much time with your server. Prices on the food were fair; the alcohol was a bit overpriced. Best mail I ate in a long weekend of culinary tries....

Amazing experience. Great food and outstanding service. You can tell the servers here love where they work and do it all with joy. Honestly wish more resto’s understood the concept of true hospitality. I will recommend heartily!!

Nice ambience and experience but the asparagus was inedible. Don't serve am item if you know it can't be chewed.
